Djanga was born out of my passion for authentic block-printing from Jaipur and my search for the bags I had always dreamed of—fun, functional styling pieces in raw organic cotton canvas. We use no dyes or treatments, preferring the beauty of imperfection. In Djanga, the German minimalism of my hometown, Berlin, meets the decorative arts of India, a country in which I've lived and traveled extensively.

Every Djanga bag is block-printed by skilled artisans working under fair-trade conditions at a solar-powered production facility in Jaipur, certified for low-environmental impact. In addition to raw organic cotton, we use only metal pieces, no plastic. All bags are machine-washable and made to last. Equally suitable for kids or adults, styles and prints are designed to be timeless, ensuring a long life for every bag.
